I agree with Sean with his in meeting request idea.  I would only add that any one is also welcome to request webteam status or to have all recieved mail from the info_at_chicagoparecon.org forwarded to them. The webteam has access to certain parts of the site like user information editing/addition/deletion and aspects of the site design and formating.  The email address is our general box for incoming requests (we posted it on all flyers and PSA's for the Teach-In).
