(A "job complex" is a fancy name for a "job" - the word "complex" acknowledges that every job is a complex of different tasks which can (and, in a sanely functioning society, must) be balanced, i.e. designed to disseminate empowering, high-functioning tasks as widely and equitably as possible in the society - ditto undesirable ones.  No society concentrates high-functioning work (and the education needed to perform it) among the few, without in the process wasting vast economic resources of innovation, and also grossly betraying the fundamental human value of democracy.
